Are these wheel to wheel? Where exactly do they mount? How are they mounted?

We do have wheel to wheel nerf bars that will fit your 2006 Ford F-250 crew cab, but part # NB-306 is not one of them. You can use Pilot nerf bars # NB-353. The bars come with an installation kit specifically designed to fit your truck. The brackets mount to existing holes on the inner wall of the vehicle rocker panel.
