i want to know if this product will fit on a 2002 ford explorer xls exsisting roof rack?

The Thule M.O.A.B. # TH690 will fit your 2002 Ford Explorer if it has a factory roof rack with crossbars, the bars that run from passenger to driver side.
If you do not have cross bars you will need a Thule Roof Rack part # THLB50 and # TH450 and then the # TH690 will work on your vehicle. I attached an installation video for the roof rack for you to check out as well as a review video of the # TH690.
