Dimensions of a Cargo Carrier for an ATV

Question:

Is the carrier adjustable, forward and backward, above the shank? What is the size of the hole in the shank? The CENTER of the hole in the receiver I want to use is 3 from the end of the receiver is the hole in the shank compatible? Are the INSIDE dimensions 20 X 36? The item I want to carry in it is 19 1/2 X 35

Yes, the 20x36 Cargo Carrier for 2 inch Trailer Hitches, part # TR65852, is adjustable forward and back. You can decide where the carrier will sit when you assemble the carrier and fasten the shank to the bottom of the hitch carrier. The diameter of the hitch pin hole is 5/8 inch, which is the standard for 2 inch receiver hitches. I was unable to locate an exact measurement of the shank from the center of the pin hole to the angle in the shank, but as long as your hitch is the standard 2 inch receiver present on most ATV hitches, then this cargo carrier should work just fine. The inside of the carrier is 36 inches long x 20 inches wide x 3 inches deep.
