Before I buy, just to verify. Will the BX7322 tow bar work with the BX1692 baseplate? This is for a 2011 chevy HHR. Thank you

The Blue Ox Tow Bar # BX7322 will work with Blue Ox base plate kits that have a bracket distance between 16-34 inches. The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1692 that you referenced has a distance of 22 inches between the brackets so it should work well for you.

The # BX1692 that you referenced is confirmed to work on the following Blue Ox tow bars as well:
