i HAVE A 2006 NISSAN TITAN TRUCK, INSTALLED A PILOT BRAKE BOX AND WHEN I PLUG IN THE HARNESS THE TRUCK BRAKE LIGHTS GO OUT, WHEN I UNPLUG THE HARNESS THEY WILL WORK ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS.

It sounds to me like the wiring harness for installation of the brake controller may be pinned wrong. First, make sure the you spliced the like color wires from the Pilot brake controller, # 80550, to the wiring harness, # 20266, for your 2006 Nissan Titan. Next, make sure you have the correct wiring harness for your truck.
Since the connector is plugging into the factory connector on your truck you might just need to re-pin the connector. I attached a photo I edited for you to see exactly where each wire should be inserted into the back of the connector on the aftermarket brake controller harness, # 20266.
If your connector is pinned the same, check the connector on your Titan. There is a possibility that the connector on your truck was pinned incorrectly at the manufacturer. Use a circuit tester and make sure the power wire and brake switch wire are correct in the OEM connector.
