I was just wondering if the door frames utilized for the factory soft top are required for installing this or if it attaches directly to the roll bars? Thanks for the help.

I spoke with my contact at Pavement Ends and he informed me that this Pavement Ends Sun Cap Plus # PE4152535 does not require that you use the factory door frames for factory soft tops on your 2011 Jeep Wrangler to be installed.
You will need to install a Bestop No-drill Windshield Channel # B51243 though. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
