What is the Correct Trailer Wiring Harness for a 2007 Nissan Xterra without a Tow Package

My 2007 Xterra did not come with a tow package. what will I need to wire it properly

For your 2007 Nissan Xterra, I reocmmend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118525, that you have referenced. This harness includes the relays that can be found in the factory tow package wiring and it is wired similarly as the factory tow package because it includes a jumper harness that installs near the front of the vehicle. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.

If you then wanted to add a 7-Way trailer connector, you would need the 4 and 7-Way installation kit # ETBC7. This kits includes everything you will need to add a functioning 7-Way and it also includes the wiring needed to add a brake controller should you need one. I have included a couple of links that explain how to install the ETBC7.
