If your Pilot has the factory installed roof rack with crossbars, then the LoadWarrior Cargo Basket will attach to them, according to our friends at Yakima.

If your Pilot has the side rails that run from front to back, but no cross bars, cross bars will need to be installed using parts # Y00409 and # Y00138. Once the cross bars are attached, the LoadWarrior will attach to them.

If the Pilot has no roof rack at all, one can be constructed using TWO of part # Y00716, part # Y00409 and part # Y00124. The basket will then attach to the roof rack.

If you are installing crossbars, be aware that the end caps, part # Y8007026 are not included and would need to be ordered separately.
