I read a FAQ on another light product and wondered if this light system has similar specs and if it would work on my Turf Tiger w/ the Kawasaki 26 HP engine.

It looks like your Scag Turf Tiger uses a 12 volt, 15 amp system (verify with the owners manual, electrical section). If that is the case, then the draw of the Driving Mini-Light Kit, # QH-88CD will work with your Turf Tiger.
When wiring a light kit, I also recommend adding a Modulite wiring kit, # 118151. It comes with wire, ring terminals, a butt connector, and a 10 amp fuse. This will protect the mower electrical system if something happens to the lights.
