Question:
I just bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza Sport wagon and want to get crossbars and a roof cargo carrier. I like the size and price of this one and from my general measurements I think my car can accomodate it. However, there is an antenna in the back that it needs to avoid and there are several crossbar options that may affect if I can match this carrier to the crossbar. Can you provide guidance before I buy either?

For a complete roof rack for you vehicle check out the link I attached that shows the available roof racks for your vehicle. Either would work very well.
The SportRack Explorer Cargo Box # A90095 that you referenced should work well on the cross bars of your vehicle. I attached a picture of a vehicle similar to yours with an even longer cargo box installed on it to show you that it would clear the antenna.
I attached a review video and installation instructions for the # A90095 for you to check out also.
