Yes, the factory spare tire will still be accessible after the installation of the Curt Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # C13073, on your 2011 Kia Sorento. It is recommended to remove the spare tire when installing the hitch, then after the hitch is installed the spare tire can be put back into position.

If you will be towing with the Curt hitch on your Kia Sorento you will also need the Ball Mount Kit, part # 989900, and a wiring harness for lighting. The Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118506, is for a Sorento without the factory tow package and the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118541, is for the Sorento with a factory tow package.
