The part number you referred to is the Reese High Performance Trunnion System. The weight distribution system is designed for Tongue Weights between 400-800 pounds, and a total trailer weight of 10,000 pounds. These systems are not given a particular class like a trailer hitch is, although the weight distribution system does require at least Class III hitch for installation.
