Question:
Will these work on a LEXUS rx330 2005 model with 235/55/18 tires? The manual says to put them on the front tires. Thank you for your input.

The Thule Self-Tensioning Snow Chains you referenced, part # TH01594245 will indeed fit the 235/55/18 tires on your RX330. These chains offer 12mm of internal clearance, and are ABS compatible. This chain kit is easy to install, as you can see in the product description video I will link you to.
You will need to check with your owners manual for any other advice or prohibitions regarding tire chain use.
