Will this tool box DZ8160N fit in my new 2012 Toyota Tacoma Truck. Base model standard cab no frills.

Yes, I checked with DeeZee to be sure and they do recommend the # DZ8160N single lid truck bed toolbox for your 2012 Toyota Tacoma, if it is not a stepside model.
If you have a stepside model 2012 Tacoma the only option available is a chest style box, like the DeeZee Utility Chest, # DZ8537.
