Question:

is there an easy way to hook up a brake box in a 96 f 250 such as a harness? if so can you tell me where it is located. thank you for your help.

We offer a Brake Controller Wiring Adapter, part # 20260 that would plug into the brake controller connector located under the dash, near the steering column. You will be looking for a 6 prong rectangular plug.The adapter ends in bare wires, which would wire directly to the wiring exiting the rear of your brake controller. Typically the aftermarket wiring adapters connect to the controller wiring color for color, but this can depend on the brand and model of the controller, which you do not mention.hicle and then you can splice the 4 wires into the back of the brake controller. The location for the plug should be under the steering column toward the left.
