There is no extra hardware needed to install the Bestop All-Weather Trail Cover, part # B8103737, to your Jeep Wrangler TJ.
The cover # B8103737 is designed to install on your 1997 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ without a complete top in place. If it is a soft top then the bows will need to be folded down. The straps are designed to fit the stock model Wrangler TJ and might not latch to any aftermarket steps or rocker guards that have been added to the vehicle.
