Question:
On a 2012 Toyota 4Runner, how high will the top of the Bull Bar stick up from where it bolts on underneath. I am trying to figure out if it will cover the license plate and I do not want to relocate the plate if possible. Thanks

If you were to install a Westin Ultimate Bull Bar # 32-3600 on your 2012 Toyota 4Runner it would not block your license plate from view. Check out the picture I attached that shows this product installed onto a similar vehicle as yours.
The picture should also answer your question about how high the top bar of the product will be above where it bolts to the frame.
