The Thule Transporter Combi Hitch Mounted Enclosed Cargo Carrier, # TH665C, has a limited lifetime warranty. basically for each Thule product, the warranty is: Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in the
warranty, THULE will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor.
Damage that is done to the box by the user is not covered under the warranty so if you somehow broke it or modified the part it would not be covered. But if the box broke and it was due to a defect in the box, that would be covered.
