How is the Boise State Hitch Cover Held in the Receiver

How does the cover attach to the hitch? Is it and Insert or what? Would like to see a picture of the how it attaches to the hitch. Thanks

The Boise State Hitch Cover you mentioned, part # 03409210172 is retained in the receiver by means of a heavy wire hoop at the rear of the cover. The hitch pin or lock holds the cover in place.

If you refer to the photo I produced, you can see a view of the back of the hitch cover.
