Question:
I have part # 18305 draw-tight tail light converter in the draw-tight book the only difrence is in the fn roe is part# 18366 is FW,LS AND PART#18305 is FV,LS everything else is the same can you tel me what the diffrence is

For a 2002 or 2003 Ford Windstar, there are 2 different wiring options as you have mentioned. The reason there are 2 options is because depending on the build date of your Windstar, you will need a specific harness.
If the vehicle was built BEFORE November of 2002, you will need # 118366.
If the vehicle was built AFTER November 2002, you will need # 118305.
Ford changed the wiring situation in the vehicle mid-year so the new design required a different harness. I have included links to the installation details and a video for you.
