will this roof luggage rack a9095 fit factory installed roof rails on a 2012 toyota sienna? thanks

This SportRack Explorer Cargo Box # A90095 that you recommended will fit cross bars with a maximum diameter of 4 inches and have a minimum bar span of 24 inches.
If you have factory cross bars you will have to measure the crossbars of your 2012 Toyota Sienna, if they fit the above mentioned criteria the # A90095 should work well for you.
If you have rails that run from front to back, without cross bars you will need to pick a roof rack from the link I attached that shows all of the different racks that are available for your vehicle.
