Question:
Can you offer any advice on how to wire this part to my F250, with 2 batteries? My winch is rated for the 10,000 lb weight. Wiring to a singe battery is simple, straightforward, but Im not absolutely sure on the batteries in my new truck. Thanks

The batteries under the hood of your F-250 should be wired in parallel, providing 12 volt output for additional power and starting ability. If your batteries are wired in series for 24 volt output, you will need to add an additional 12 volt battery to operate the winch.
Wiring a winch with the Superwinch Wiring Kit, # SW2008, is accomplished by running the 25 foot long 2 gauge wire with connector from the positive post on one of the batteries to the back of the vehicle and mounting it in an accessible location. The short 2 gauge wire without a connector is connected from the battery negative post to the vehicle frame or battery grounding location. Then at the rear of the vehicle connect the short 2 gauge wire, that is installed in the connector, to the vehicle frame.
Now on the trailer or on the winch mounting plate, see link, if you will be installing the winch in the receiver hitch on your truck, you will connect the wires from the short connector to the positive and negative terminals on your winch.
I have added a diagram showing this installation for you also.
