Yes, the Thule cargo carrier, # TH857, will fit on the Yakima roof bars, and will fit on your 2012 Mazdaspeed3, as long as your cross bar spread can be adjusted between 21-1/4 inches and 35-1/4 inches.

I checked with Yakima and the recommended spread for their Q-Tower setup is 30 inches and for their Control Tower setup the recommended cross bar spread is 27 inches, so you should be well within the spacing for the bag.
