The ladder rack you have referenced, # TA30000-04, is my top choice for a ladder rack that can be easily installed or removed. This rack is listed as a fit for a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. It clamps into place so it is easy to mount and easy to remove. I have included a link to the installation details for you to view.
Another option is the TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack, # TA27000-01. This rack also clamps into place but you will also need the TracRac Tacoma mount kit # TA34000, to complete the isntallation. I have included a link to the installation details for this rack as well.
