Question:
I have a 2001 e-350 super duty ford van with a 7.3 powerstroke engine. Will this fit the van without any modifications? Does this set up give me ground clearence for towing? Will it fit with a class iv hitch?

If your 2001 E-350 is just a van and not an RV cutaway or other special model, my contact at Roadmaster stated you would need to use # RM-1139-109 that you have referenced. This anti-sway bar points forward on the vehicle in front of the rear axle so it will not interfere with a trailer hitch.
My contact also stated that the ride weight is only changed by about an inch so you should not have clearance issues when towing. I have included a link to the installation details for you.
