IS THE LICENSE PLATE A REFLECTOR OR DOES IT HAS WIRES THAT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED ? AND IF IT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED WHERE CAN I GET THE INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALLED IT ?

I spoke with my contact at Reese and he informed me that this LED Lighted License Plate Frame # 86088 will install with 3 wires.
One wire will be ground and will need to be ran to a clean metal surface. The other wire will be run to the tail light wiring circuit and will tap into the circuit using a circuit tap. And finally the last wire will be ran to the brake light circuit.
