Question:
Hello, I purchased this item to install on my 2004 Toyota Highlander. However, I cannot locate the wire from the cold side of my brake switch. The diagram that came with the product did not match my vehicle. The install on this would be extremely easy if I could locate this wire. Thank you for the hlelp.

I do not have any specific information about the color of the wire you are looking for, but I can describe how to find it.
Use a circuit tester like part # 40376, and probe each wire coming off of the brake stoplight switch. As you probe each wire, press the brake pedal. Once you find the circuit that only shows current when the brake pedal is pushed, tap the red controller wire into it.
