Question:
I have a hub on an old boat trailer that is 5 on 4-3/4 with inside and outside races of L44610 and bearing of L44643 on both sides. Which hub would I replace this with?

Are you sure about the hub in question having a 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern?
The only idler hub we offer that uses that race/ bearing combination is part # 34822545BX for 8-10 inch wheels or # 8-258BTUC1 for 12-15 inch wheels.
Determining the bolt pattern of a wheel with an odd number of bolt holes can be a bit tricky, especially when the wheel is still in place on the trailer. The easy way to determine this is to take a measurement from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the adjacent bolt hole. If the measurement is 2-5/8 inches, the wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt hole pattern. If the measurement is 2-3/4 inches, the wheel has a 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern.
I have provided links to both hubs I mentioned. If you click on the links, at the bottom of each page is a complete description of how to determine the bolt pattern.
