The red side of 51-97-411 has 7 flat pins, The red of my wire has 11 pins Will it work? Please explane. Thanks

As long as you are installing the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 51-97-411 on one of the vehicles that is a confirmed fit for you should be fine. To see if this is the correct product for you scroll down on the product page to see if this is confirmed fit for your vehicle.
The reason your factory connector has more female pins than the red side of the # 51-97-411 has male pins is because there are only 7 circuits that need to be run to your 7-way so only 7 pins need to be used on the connector.
This is most likely a standard connector that Dodge uses for connectors that have between 5 and 10 circuits. And since only 7 circuits are needed the rest are not used.
