Is there a weight limit on how much the step bars will hold when someone uses them to get into the jeep?

Expert Reply:
I spoke with my contact at Pilot and he stated that the maximum weight for # NB-509B is 300 pounds. The mounting location on the vehicle is where most of the stress will be when you use them to get in or out of the vehicle.
