Hi I am looking for flush mount truck bed stake pocket tie downs. It for a 55 chevy truck pocket size is 2inch X 1 3/8inch .

I went out to the warehouse and pulled a couple of flush mounted stake pocket tie downs to see if they would work in the 2 inch X 1 3/8 inch stake pockets on your 55 Chevrolet truck. I produced a short video showing how these tie downs might work for you.
As long as the stake pocket is open under the bed rail for a 1-7/8 inch wide x 2-1/16 inch long plate, the pop up truck bed tie down, # WTD-810, should work well for you. The # EM4001 may be just a bit wide to fit in the stake pocket but it is very close, see video.
If the stake pocket is a 2 inch x 1-3/8 inch rectangular tube, without a lip for the brackets to secure to, then none of the stake pocket tie downs we offer will work for your 1955 Chevy Truck.
