Will the Husky Liners Cargo Mats Fit a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with a Factory Subwoofer

I checked with Husky Liners about cargo mat # HL20541 for the 2011 Jeep Wrangler. They actually have a note that states the cargo liner will accommodate the factory subwoofer mounted in the cargo area and the 2nd row seat can be mounted on top of the liner.

We also have this liner available in gray, # HL20542.
