The Brophy Camper Tie Downs, part # HSSF, are a universal item for domestic full-size trucks and will fit your 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty. The # HSSF tie downs can be used on any size camper.
If your truck has a drop-in bed liner, it will need to be trimmed or removed to use part # HSSF.
The recommended hardware kit is the Camper Tie Down Hardware Package, # TDHP.
