Question:
I want to put this wireless camera on the back of a 45ft enclosed trailer with truck the length would be approx 60 feet. How far can the tramsmitter be from the camera? What would I need to make this work? thanks

The item you selected, Peak Performance Wireless Back-Up Camera, part # PK015737, has a range of up to 75 feet when there are not any obstructions. There will be an increase in interference as the signal would have to travel through the walls of trailer and truck cab.
I would recommend going with a camera that has a longer range like the Swift Hitch Portable Wireless Camera with Night Vision, part # 04928. The Swift Hitch Camera has a transmission distance of up to 300 feet if there are no obstructions. Part # 04928 also has a night vision feature that will come in handy when backing up at night. The other great part about part # 04928 is that the monitor plugs into a 12 volt outlet in the cab of your truck and has a wireless signal.
I have linked video reviews of the Peak Performance Wireless Back-Up Camera, part # PK015737 and the Swift Hitch Portable Wireless Camera with Night Vision, part # 04928.
