Question:
Some literature about Curt #C13073 says it will fit dual exhaust and some says it will not fit dual exhaust. Which is correct?

According to our friends in Tech Services at CURT Manufacturing, the Class III receiver, part # C13073 will indeed fit a 2012 Santa Fe with dual exhaust.
You might also need the following:
Wiring Harness with 4-pole Trailer Connector, part # 118415, or # 118258 if your Santa Fe is equipped with the tow package.
Ball Mount, part # 2923
1-7/8 Inch Trailer Ball, part # 19260
2 Inch Trailer Ball, part # 19247
2-5/15 Inch Trailer Ball, part # 19287
