Question:

can I use a 6 pin brake controller with a 7 blade trailer harness I ALREADY OWN THESE. I own a 2005 ford e350 with a 4 pin harness already installed there is a hook up under dash I am towing a 5000# rv with a 7 blade hookup . can you tell me what I need to buy

If I understand you correctly you already have a brake controller and you want to install it in the Ford van which has a flat 4-pole. If this is correct you can use a brake control wiring adapter, ITEM # 20260, to install the controller in the drivers area and plug it in under the dashboard (the OEM plug is located just to the left of the steering column).
You will then need an adapter, item # 37185 to upgrade the flat four pole plug to a round 7-way that will match up with the trailer. On your van the extra wires needed for that 7-way should be run and sitting towards the end of the van just capped off waiting to be accessed.
