Wiring Converter for a 2003 Chevy Avalanche

Question:

i have a 2005 chevy avalanche. the turn signals are separate from the stop lights. so i guess i need a electronic turn signal converter. but i cannot find one can you send me a picture of the converter to see how it looks like. my trailer lights connecter is a flat 4-way connecter.
