will this fit on a nissan quest 2006? And does it have the crossbars?

In order to mount a cargo basket to the roof of your 2006 Nissan Quest, you will need to have crossbars that run side to side. The box does not come with crossbars. Your van should have side rails that run front to back. To add crossbars you can use the following parts:
Thule Crossroad Roof Mounted Roof Railing Foot Pack, # TH450
Thule Square Load Bars, # THLB50
You can then mount the SportRack Explorer Cargo Box, # A90095. I have included a link to the installation details and a video review of the box for you.
Another option is to use a cargo bag that does not require crossbars or side rails to mount like the Yakima FarOut Pro, # Y07173.
