What does the mounting kit include? The brackets from my old bumper to the car frame are heavily rusted and Im concerned about being able to remove the bolts without cutting them. Does the mounting kit include the brackets to the frame? Thank you

The mounting kit that comes with this Westin Diamondstep Replacement Bumper with Custom Install Kit # 61000-95500 includes mounting bolts as well as mounting brackets.
This bumper should work well on your 1987 Dodge Ram 50.
