I own a 2010 dodge ram with crew cad so the bed is 5ft 7inchs long. Can i get a hitch that will work with this truck?

Since you have a 2010 Dodge Ram Crew Cab short bed truck which measures under 6 foot, you will need to use a Sidewinder King Pin with Rotating Turret with a fixed fifth wheel hitch. A Sidewinder will move the pivot point of the trailer rearward 22 inches and provide the needed clearance to make turns. You will need to order the Sidewinder with a rotating turret specific to your fifth-wheel trailer pin box.
If you can send me the make and model number of the fifth-wheel pin box on your fifth wheel, I would be glad to recommend the correct Sidewinder.
I am including a link to a FAQ page on the Sidewinder for you to review. It will have a table that will list which Sidewinder will work with which model pin boxes, along with a formula you can use to be sure that there will be enough space between your cab and the trailer when executing 90-degree turns.
You will need to use a fixed fifth-wheel hitch like the Reese 5th Wheel Hitch # RP30081, with a Sidewinder.
To install the Reese # RP30081 fifth wheel hitch on your 2011 Dodge Ram Crew Cab with 5 foot 7 inch bed you will need the Reese Fifth-Wheel Installation Kit, part # RP30035-386. Installation of the Reese install kit involves measuring, and drilling.
