Electric Brake Controller Installation on Dodge Ram Truck

Question:

I have a Dodge Ram 2500 Yr 2003. Im getting a trailer with brakes and would like to put a trailer brake in. What device do I need and do you know what the attachment under the dash looks like. I have a small grey one and a Lrg Blue one under the dash neer the emergency brake.

If your truck was equipped with the factory installed 7-way trailer connector, installation will be simple. If you have not already chosen a brake controller, I would recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 along with the wiring adapter, part # 90885-3020P. One end of the wiring adapter plugs into the blue connector under the vehicle, the other end attaches to the controller.
