How Does the One Nation Under God Hitch Cover Install Onto a Hitch

Does this hitch cover slide into the receiver on the hitch or how does it attach. the side picture show a wire coming out the back instead of what typically is on a cover. can show a picture of how it looks from the back?

The One Nation Under God 2 inch Trailer Hitch Cover # AH-10256 uses bent metal rods that will go into the hitch opening and allow for a hitch pin or lock to pass through and secure the cover to the hitch.
