Will these lights replace my dual filament tail/stop/turn lights on my 2008 f150? In other words will they operate as a dual filament bulb?

Yes, you can use the Putco Neutron 3157 LED Bulbs, # P283571R-P, on your 2008 Ford F-150 and they will work like a dual filament bulb. The benefit of switching to LEDs of course is that they will be brighter and use much less power.
