what is this made of?
asked by: Roger
Loctite 242, # LT37477, is made of a liquid synthetic polymer that cures in an anaerobic environment, which basically means that it will not harden in the presence of air, and it cures when it is sandwiched in the threads between active metals like a nut and bolt.
I have included a table, see link, that shows the make up of Loctite for you to review.
