Accessing the Plug for a T-One Connector on a 2000 Chevy Venture

Question:

easy tow/t-one connector for a 2000 Chevrolet Venture, i followed all the steps in the diagrams where to locate the plug, is there something im missing, i pulled apart all the drivers side rear panel by the tail lights and cant find the connector the t-one connector is to plug into, i looked for it plugged into something else but cant find the connector and followed all the wires and nothing....is there a way to still hook this up or do you know of somewhere else this plug could be, thanks alot for your help

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your T-connector, item # 118355. Most customers assume that the plug is directly behind the drivers side panel in the rear. But the plug is usually behind the air conditioning unit that is directly behind the panel the air conditioning unit will have to be pulled away to access the plug. I hope this helps.
