Is drilling required to install the Hidden Hitch #60945 on a 2002 Nissan Maxima?

According to the installation instructions for the Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch, # 60945, there is no drilling required to install the hitch on a 2002 Nissan Maxima. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
If you plan on doing some towing, the hitch comes with a ball mount, hitch pin, and clip. For a ball you can use # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, use Upgraded Circuit Protected Taillight Converter Hardwire Kit, # 119175KIT. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation of the wiring for you.
