How do i know if this goose neck adaptor will fit in my fifth wheel rails?

This Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16085 that you referenced will install into Valley, Draw-Tite, Reese, Hidden Hitch and Curt fifth wheel rails that are above the bed. If you have rails by any of those brands this product should work for you.
