If your 2010 Winnebago is built out of a Ford E-350 or E-450, then the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 65053 will fit and you should not have to remove the bumper. However, it cannot be used to tow the RV behind another vehicle. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.

If you do have the E-350 RV cutaway model and it has the same sub-frame as the regular E-350, and you are looking to tow it behind another vehicle, you can use Roadmaster MX Base Plates, # 446-13. The base plates provide a proper and secure attachment point for a tow bar to tow the vehicle.

You will also need a tow bar. Since this is a heavy vehicle, you would want to use the Blackhawk 2 All Terrain Tow Bar, # RM-422. It has a 10,000 pound capacity so make sure it is sufficient. I have included a link to the installation details for you.

You will also need safety cables, lighting, and a supplemental braking system. For safety cables, we have one set rated for 10,000 pounds, # BX88197. The coiled designed will help keep them off of the ground.

For lighting there are numerous solutions depending on your specific needs. I have included a link to an FAQ that covers the various options for you.

Most states now require a supplemental braking system on the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Roadmaster Even Brake, # RM-9400. This is a proportional braking system that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the towing vehicle is braking. Proportional systems are the safest way to stop and they reduce wear and tear on both vehicles. I have included a link to our series of FAQ articles on flat towing for you.
