This 5-Leaf Slipper Spring # E5226 that you referenced is a 3,000 lb spring designed to be used on 6,000 lb trailer axles.
I went out into out warehouse to see if these were made in China, and I found the letters MCK stamped on the spring and that means it was made in China.
