Question:
Can you tell me how to wire this ?

This Replacement Solenoid Valve for Titan Brake Actuators # T4748800 that you referenced will wire into the reverse light circuit of your tow vehicle so that when you put your vehicle in reverse the brakes of your trailer will not be applied.
You would want to run a wire from the center pole on your 7-way to one of the wires of this solenoid, and then ground the other and it should work well for you. The center pole of your 7-way is the reverse light circuit and this would be the correct pole to wire the # T4748800.
I attached an FAQ on wiring that you might find informative also.
